The Proxy Manager solution incorporates SAP® workflow that enables approval process based on your organizational hierarchy. The workflow is easily customizable to reflect the approval business rules specific to your enterprise. Escalation procedures ensure approvals are either gathered in a given time or routed to an administrator for follow-up.

Audit trails in the workflow log and proxy records can answer audit questions and Sarbanes-Oxley concerns. The entire approval trail is available and can be reported against in an ad hoc fashion, if required.

The Proxy Manager iView natively integrates into your SAP® Enterprise Portal environment. Once Proxy Manager automatically updates proxy relationships in the system, a proxy can immediately initiate transactions and display indicative employee information via several standard SAP® iViews, including the Team Viewer and PCR Selection iViews.
