With many process excellence initiatives striving to refine processes and reduce cycle time, it has become a challenge to keep employees in sync. To minimize cycle time and increase process compliance, organizations have opted to remind employees by sending out periodic emails. Maintaining distribution lists, scheduling changes resulting in email updates, and a need for role-based real time event information leave traditional email channels largely ineffective.
