The Project
Car Financial Services sought to create a new online channel for existing loan account holders which would provide 24/7 self-service, reduce Car Financials call center volumes and create a new sales and acquisition channel for future loan origination and marketing of their products and services. This effort required a custom Online Services and Loan Payment platform that directly interfaced with their new transaction processor (System of Record.) Loan account holders required real-time account information including their payment history, loan pay-off amount, an ability to make immediate and schedule future payments and an ability to manage their account information.
The Solution
Worklogix was engaged from early design and application simulation phases through the development and implementation of the CAR Financial Customer Portal. Leveraging the Worklogix Speed-to-Market methodologies the solution was delivered in less than 90 days.
The solution leveraged open technologies in a flexible SOA architecture that resulted in a significant reduction in call volumes, reduction in delinquency, and provided.
