The Project
CompuCredit Corporation required an open Online Services and Account acquisition platform that would directly interface with both their transaction processor (System of Record) as well as the decisioning bureaus for real time account information and credit eligibility. The system also must interface with Lead Generation sources and be able to work across multiple portfolios and brands.
The Solution
Worklogix was engaged from early design and application simulation phases through the development and implementation of the Online Services and Acquisition Framework to provide real time account acquisition and provide online services including Account balance, statement info, transaction history and payment processing.
The solution leveraged open technologies in a flexible SOA architecture that resulted in tripling the Online channel’s usage, lowering call volumes, and enabling cardholders new services previously unavailable without wait times and fees.
